She was summoned to the Islamic Revolutionary Court in April 2010 for her participation in the DHRC. She was freed on $50,000 bond for a short time before being caught again and held at Evin prison. Mohammadi’s health deteriorated while in detention, and she acquired an epilepsy-like illness that caused her to lose muscular control on a regular basis. He claimed that the summary trial was conducted in secret and that she was denied access to legal representation. Mohammadi, who has been held since November 2021, was moved on January 19 from Evin Prison’s solitary confinement unit to Qarchak Prison, south of Tehran.
